Furthering his career, from sales agent-sales management to corporate real estate he has guided the growth of real estate offices and mentored other agents across Australia and New Zealand. After being promoted from QLD State Manager to National Franchise Manager with Century21 Australia, he made the move to Sydney in early 2015. In this role, the company opened 22 new offices across Australia & New Zealand. Ian, also spent the last 3 months of 2015 in Auckland, overseeing the franchise service delivery to the Century21 New Zealand network. With 2 new offices in as many months, Ian has hit the ground running with many more offices due to open soon.
